| Christmas Appreciation December 4 The Christmas Appreciation promotion was a big success The first snowfall of the season didn’t stop people from attending the Wisner Chamber of Commerce Christmas promotion held Sunday. Approximately 250 people attended the soup dinner and around 85 children visited with Santa and told him of their Christmas wishes. poinsettia winners were Virgil Loewe, Carson Urwiler, Slim Weise, Leonard Horst, Maggie Eschliman, Mariah Andersen, Bernice Kindschuh, Steven Beltran, Daryle Urwiler, Evaline Hatterman, Teresa Broekemeier, Steve Ott, Jamie Liermann, Kay Breitkreutz, Theresa Fullner, Joan Schweers, Jen Buhrman, Tara Taylor, Marlene Brand, Bill Harder, Tracy Ebel, Abbi Ebel, Arvilla Cornett, Karen Meier, Mary Liermann and Lori Andersen. Wisner calendars were won by Mike Kuzelka, Brook Andersen, Kat Raymond, Marge Bode and Dale Havelka. $25 in Wisner Bucks were won by Gaylene Weber, Doris Podany, Virgil Loewe, Judy Molvig, Kathie Meyer, Barb Svatos, Darlene Urwiler, Stephanie James, Lois Tomrdle and Tiana Beskorovany. $50 Wisner bucks winners were Laura Evans, Marlene Brand, Saundra Biermann, Lorraine Ott, Lois Johnson, Kat Raymond, Dona Chilcott, Arvilla Cornett, Steve Leisy, Maria Chohon, Gene Weber, Gema Urwiler and Irene Buse. $100 in Wisner Bucks were won by Jenny McCarthy, Melissa Henrich, Charlotte Wolff, Teri Biermann and Joan Deaver.
